Only a few years ago, the owners had a concept of building a RV Resort that would mimic the feel of a picturesque planned RV Park that one might only see in the southern states.

This park was planned and zoned as a 127 site park and has so far, as Phase 1, developed 49 full hook-up sites. Each site is graded and finished with solid crushed rock foundation and landscaping.
