Hidden in Southern Minnesota is a 49 site seasonal RV Resort with room to expand.

The owners have spent the time to make this RV Resort look and feel like you are right at home yet have the beauty of a 5 star RV Park. Only a few years ago, the owners had a concept of building a RV Resort that would mimic the feel of a picturesque RV park that one might only see in the southern states.
This park was planned and zoned as a 127 site park and has so far, as phase 1, developed 49 full hook-up sites. There are 2 large buildings in the park. One is finished as an office and shop and the other is finished as a pavilion for family gatherings complete with restrooms.
The park was started from a 36 acre plot of land in Southern Minnesota where there was a small pond in the center of the property. Then they mapped out area for 127 full service RV sites. All of the sites, either existing or planned, are centered around this pond. Phase 1 is completed and phase 2 is ready to begin with a new owner.
The owners plan to retire and are asking us to help them identify a buyer. Phase 2 of this beautiful RV resort is ready for a new owner to continue the progress of the recent past. As they say, build it, they will come. And this park has seen the customer base steadily grow each year since conception.
